Last minute booking? BookTaxiTenerife accepts bookings up until 12 hour before your planned transfer.
Is my booking a private or shared transfer? All reservations are for private transfers and your party will be the vehicle’s only passengers. This means no queues, no waiting for other passengers to arrive and no additional stops.
What about child seats? Optional extras like child seats can be added directly in booking form.
What about key collection or intermediate stops? You can add up to 8 intermediate stops to your journey, selecting the link "add stops" located below drop off address. Stops only will be added to your ingoing transfer. Return transfer is intended as direct from pickup to destination.
How much time I have to wait to receive a confirmation of my booking? The booking confirmation is inmediate! Once terminated your booking process you will receive by email (to the email indicated in booking form) a confirmation voucher. Please double check the information conteined in the voucher to avoid possible mistakes.
Where will the driver meet my party? Where is the meeting point?
Tenerife North arrivals: The driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall, after your party has collected their luggage and cleared customs. He/She will be holding a sign showing your name.
Tenerife South arrivals: Please go to our office located inside the airport terminal. Our assistants will take you to your taxi.
Transfers from resort to the airport: If you are being collected from a hotel, the driver will meet your group in the hotel’s main lobby. If you are being collected from a private apartment or villa, please have your group waiting out front at the scheduled pick-up time. In other cases, please provide us with an address and specific details (plaza, square, landmark, etc.) of where you would like your group to be collected during the booking process.
There any additional fees to pay? No, there are no booking fees and no charge for PayPal, credit or debit card payment.
What if my flight is delayed? All flights are monitored for delays to ensure the driver will be waiting for you when you arrive.
How can I contact you in case of any issue? Once terminated the booking process, you will receive the confirmation voucher by email. Check it. You will find the telephone number of our 24 hours helpline.
Tenerife North Airport (TFN)
Also known as the Los Rodeos Airport, Tenerife North Airport (TFN) is a small airport in the Laguna area, handling basically domestic flights from mainland Spain and other islands in the archipelago. The airport's sister facility, Tenerife South - aka Reina Sofia Airport - (TFS), is the busier and bigger of the island's airports, handling the majority of flights coming from Europe.
The North Airport is situated 11 km far from Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the island's capital city. Easily accessed along either the TF1 or TF5 motorways, the airport is linked to the Parque Nacional del Teide by the TF24.
Public buses departs from Tenerife's North to destinations the length of the island, with nearby Santa Cruz de Tenerife being the closest major centre to the airport. Also close to the airport is San Cristóbal de la Laguna, Tacoronte and Santa Maria del Mar.
Tenerife South Airport (TFS)
Tenerife South Airport (TFS), also known as Reina Sofia, is the most important airport for International arrivals. Also some domestic flights are handled by the airport, but the majority of flights of TFS are coming from Europe.
The airport is situated 60 km far from Santa Cruz de Tenerife. South Tenerife is easy to reach along the TF1 and currently serves approximately ten million passengers annually.
Public buses depart to Playa de las Americas, Santa Cruz and Puerto de la Cruz, travelling along five main routes, while private shuttle services provide pick-ups at Tenerife South Airport.
