What I am going to book?

You are booking a private transfer. You and your group will have a private taxi for the requested journey. You will not have to wait for other passengers and your transfer will be from selected pickup directly to your destination without any intermediate stop.

The availability check and the confirmation of your reservation is immediate. Once processed the payment you will receive an email containing your transfer details, pickup instructions and the phone number of our 24hours local office to assist you in case of any issue. Please verify all the details contained in the voucher. It is mandatory to specify a mobile phone number (working in Spain) and your arrival flight number.

Payment: we only accept online payments; our drivers are not authorized to charge you any fee for the required transfer. The price you will see here is the total price for your transfer.

Refund policy: You can modify or cancel your reservation up to 12 hour before requested pickup time. In this case we will refund you the amount paid. To cancel your transfer is necessary send us an email (during working hours, Mon-Fri 09:00 to 18:00) with your cancellation request or directly call our 24 hours helpline (to the number indicated in confirmation voucher).

Return discount: booking a return transfer you will be entitled to a 5% discount on the return trip.

Additional requirements: child seats, boosters, special equipment as surf material, bike boxes are subjected to additional charges. These charges are included in the final price that you will see on booking page.

Pickup instructions:
Tenerife North Airport: The driver will be waiting for you at arrivals lounge, after your party has collected their luggage and cleared customs. He/She will be holding a sign showing your name.

Tenerife South Airport: Please go to our customer service office located in the airport (office No. 9), presenting the voucher you received by mail at reservation. Our hostesses will take you to your Taxi.

Departures to Airport: If you are being collected from a hotel, the driver will meet your group in the hotel’s main lobby. If you are being collected from a private apartment or villa, please have your group waiting out front at the scheduled pick-up time.

Flight delays: All flights are monitored for delays to ensure the driver will be waiting for you when you arrive.
